ST. ELIZABETH FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES SUMMER CAMP RULES

  1. Be respectful to others at all times.
  2. Children must be respectful of other people's property.
  3. No profanity (foul language) or horseplay is allowed.
  4. No kicking, hitting, spitting, fighting, pushing, etc.
  5. No running around.
  6. No gum chewing.
  7. No cellphones are allowed.
  8. Children should not leave the class room or activity without the counselor's permission.
  9. Each child must stay with their assigned group & counselors.
  10. Parents/Guardian may be called to pick up their child if the program counselors find that the child is sick or for disruptive behavior. The parent/guardian or their alternate designate will be contacted to pick up the child from Summer Camp.
  11. Parents should not bring sick children to the Summer Camp if they know that they are not feeling well.
  12. In the case where the parent/guardian or alternate can not be contacted or there is an immediate medical need, SEFSS staff will transport the child to hospital to get the required medical attention.
  13. Parents/guardian must come into the camp to sign their child in & out each day they participate.
  14. If a child has to be picked up by an alternate person, the parent/guardian must contact the Camp Office by phone to make that arrangment and must come with proof of their identity.
  15. No child will be allowed to leave the building without their parent/guardian.
  16. Camp Hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm
    Arrival NOT earlier than 8:00am
    Pick up NOT later than 4:00pm.
    $35 will be charged for late pickups after 4:00pm.
  17. Should you need to speak with your child, or your child needs to speak with you, a member of our staff is available to connect you by phone.

SEFSS provides services for individuals and families who are experiencing personal and social problems. Our primary service area is the Jane Street and Sheppard Avenue West area of Downsview in North York (Toronto), Ontario.
